Two times, about a year apart, we had an emergency AC shutdown. Both times Chadwick Parrish answered our call quickly, said he would be there in less than 2 hrs., (even though it was Sat. and we are in a remote area), and he was early, quickly fixed the problem, and the charge was very reasonable.
